Idk. Police dogs are brutal. They're regularly sicced onto black and Latino people to maul em and if they try to defend themselves they're charged with assaulting an officer.

Dogs should at most be used to smell for bombs. The fact that they trust their owners so much that they'd be violent against whomever is precisely why the cops shouldn't be allowed to have them, it's animal abuse but even more importantly, it's a huge vector for police brutality.

The dogs are brain washed to attack.

A regular person training this viciousness into a dog would be called out, if not arrested (depending on the animal cruelty laws).
