My sona is a hoofed dragon (kind of like a Kirin/Qilin, but without the eastern dragon influence), and it came about from a couple places:
- Dragons are cool. I know kind of generic, but in the later times before finalizing my sona, I was drawn in by draconic folks. Something about them stuck out to me, and I knew dragons were how I needed to represent myself.
- The sparks that set me off into the furry fandom started with the mythos of creatures such as satyr, centaurs, and minotaurs, hoofed folk have fascinated me in such a way since I was a kid, that whatever my sona was to be, it'd be a hoofer. At one point the thought of a horse sona crossed my mind, but that kind of dedication to horses wasn't really something that caught me as much as dragons did.
