You might look into taking folate/folic acid
Just scrolled past here, no idea what im talking about with regards to hormone therapy, but i just discovered i have a folic acid deficiency.
I have ulcerative colitis, and a symptom of that + the medication can be folic acid deficiency. I discovered this as i started drinking less beer, and actively felt WORSE when i didnt drink. Super fatiqued, would pass out at work for more than an hour, memory loss. It was starting to get real bad. Then i realized random bruises and bruises that wouldnt heal, so i thought iron deficiency/anemia... well one thing led to another and i remembered my doctor warned me this could happen (down side of memory loss... you forget why youre having memory loss).
Also curious enough, beer is a source of folic acid. Its a byproduct of the yeast/fermentation process. So i had no idea i had a problem because i had a beer basically every day... needless to say, ive started taking a supplement.
The last thing i hadnt realized was that i hadnt dreamed in forever... and my first one after getting on a supplement was a wild ride.
Yeah, my wife has a B12 deficiency from some sort of GI issue (refuses to see a specialist), and she bruises like crazy if she doesn't take folic acid.
