I talked to a guy online once about a similar set up - I’m honestly considering taking a furniture making class to make my dreams come true there. Or convincing one of my regulars to make one for me.

Hard choking is something I’ve done - I got scared when my ex choked someone else unconscious on accident and almost killed them, so I’m a little reluctant to go for it now. It does feel so amazing though - the only time I’ve ever came from penetration was being strangled and beat on a fucking machine.
