As a starting point, the burning of fossil fuels, and to a lesser extent deforestation and release of methane are responsible for the warming in recent decades: Graph of temperature as observed with significant warming, and simulated without added greenhouse gases and other anthropogentic changes, which shows no significant warming

You're right, all gendered pronouns should be abolished. Everyone is a 'they' from now on since division must be avoided at all costs.

Oh but then logic rears its ugly head to remind you, some people really are boys and some really are girls, so for clarity and sanities sake, we will stick with the healthy language that keeps things simple and descriptive.

Cool, so let's just stick to using pronouns for everyone. After all, it's simple enough to accommodate the people who really don't fit into those neat categories.
