When you keep your eyes on the cross it makes the faces in the periphery seem distorted. Whenever you look at the faces they are normal though

It shouldn't have to. If you were to follow the very simple instructions, you would see what you need to. Unless of course you are illiterate, in which case I will include this just for you. :(
