i'm actually curious from science friendos we have here: europe doesn't have a lot of opened positions in science, even ignoring the fact that tons of science facilities require expensive low-volume stuff (biolabs/cyclotrones/high-precision mechanics/lasers/electronics etc), so expanding them is not that easy as just creating positions meow-floppy have there been some noises from eu of increased grant funding or something? or what will happen with nih wind down?
