It's not the worst place to go job hunting, just because everyone shilling for HR departments is already there. It's just full of silly bullshit, too. That's how I got my current job, and it's how I'll probably get my next, because actually applying for stuff doesn't actually result in interviews. I have the benefit of experience though.
