Which guy would have the highest likelihood of getting her pregnant? I.e, does order matter? Does the timing and/or viability of the sperm play a part?

Probably the first guy, but sure, yeah, if he's got poor sperm then it would probably the first guy who doesn't.

It's usually the 2nd or third sperm to reach the egg that penetrates, but each ejaculation carries millions.
