What is the Shutdown 315 Movement?

We need to use our momentum from getting out the vote for Jill Stein's antiwar pro-worker campaign to fight the rich and their two parties.

I'm not jazzed about that part either. I'm trying to support this simply for the potential it has for general strike. Nothing else.
