It seems both unfinished and also overly modern for an abandoned property

I zoomed in to check it wasn't ai, it's so weird

    I think it's left abandoned since covid, it's not as rotten as long abandoned stuff supposed to look like, everything seems good yet broken at the same time.

    It's definitely not AI, i took it this afternoon.
