I want to believe, but McVicker has a bit of a history of wild speculation. He appears to be trying to better label when he is, but iirc there's still been a decent amount of datamined stuff that he's misinterpreted after people in the know have already decently explained why it's not particularly groundbreaking.

Point is, take him with a big grain of salt.
