LPT: Unang una nila tinitignan when availing warranty is kung may dents or signs na nabagsak o nabasa. Pag wala sila makita, wala ka babayaran. If meron, your warranty doesn't apply. That's why having a bulky case that has 360 degree protection (Spigen Armor, UAG, Otterbox) is worth it. Para kahit nahulog or what, if they check it, phone still looks pristine.
