Ah, good ol' blame shifting, you could have stated facts, maybe I would listen.

Fact 33,000 ≠ 11,000

Facts - Fraud - the crime of cheating somebody in order to get money or goods illegally

Next time you have a 11,000 sqft place to sell, don't inflate the square footage to 33,000 sqft
