There are INNOCENTS that still live there and therefore we must coddle the whole state that collectively makes bad decisions. /s I totally get the compassionate idea with that, but we kind of have to live and die as the collective. Seems we've chosen to die, some states faster than others. I left on my own as soon as I turned 18 and never looked back, that was 24 years ago.
