It's not "juicier" or "extended content" or anything. The joke makes literally no sense, and thus ceases to become a joke, without the context of it being about blood types somehow.
A typo is a spelling mistake. Nothing to do with blood in any way. It's a play on the old 'A priest and a Rabbi' jokes.
