Here's a wild idea: word filters are the most brain-dead way to deal with a problem. They don't understand context -- you can't even use a "bad word" so people understand what you're denouncing. You can't share your experience with being called a removed.

They're also easily bypassed with odd spellings by people that are going to use a "no no word" to be assholes.
