Used Bohemia on I2P for a while using Firefox browser extension worked great, now just tried to go on there and I2P works fine but my old saved Bohemia links don’t work. Googled around for I2P Bohemia links and none of them work, not tryna lose my buy history and $ in my account. You guys having luck with I2P Bohemia and if so what am I doing wrong? If we moved on to some new shit what’s the new shit? Love you guys this sub has made/saved/burned a lot of $ for me over the years

Hello everyone,

I learnt about I2P yesterday and I have already managed to host my first eepsite! Since I am a terrible programmer, it is very simple. It is called yomama.i2p and it simply shows 100 "Yo mama" jokes. However, because I am so new, I need help spreading the eepsite. How can I upload it on identiguy.i2p, notbob.i2p or a similar eepsite?

So I've been able to finally do the installation but unless I use the firefox extention no i2p type pages come up and it says the proxy isn;t ready. I've tried all the recommended proxy scenarios and gotten nothing. I can't even reach my router. With the extention it attempts to reach localhost :7657 but eventually tells me The page is not available. Prior to that on the initial screen it tells me the proxy isn;t ready. Do I need the extention? Shouldn't it set up whatever proxies are necesssary or do I need to manually set up the proxy? I've also considered whether my firewall is somehow preventing the traffic, Any suggestions would be a big help. I want to use i2p , I don;t trust tor. Thanks

Hey I'm looking to be anonymous and secure while browsing I2P sites. I was looking into qubes but I wasn't able to get install it. I was going to use Ubuntu on a live usb and put full disc encryption on it. Can you guys suggest any other Linux distros for security.

I installed i2p on a NUC running Fedora 38 Server with all the default settings unchanged. After a while (12 to 24 hours) services which I host at home (3 users, light use) such as Nextcloud, Bitwarden and xBrowserSync appeared to become unusable. The apps would timeout when trying to sync or whatever. i2p itself worked great.

I also noticed that services like were unable to run tests against my domain as they were getting no response from my hosted services.

As soon as I stopped the i2prouter, all of my self hosted services worked again, as did the ssltest.

Is this common? I've got a decent router which should be able to handle this sort of load (DSL-AX82U).

Anyone use i2p in Canada? I'm seeing Network:Firewalled when I open i2p.I have turned off all firewalls in Windows itself but I heard that most Internet Service Providers here have firewalls.

I have already called my ISP and they confirmed that my router firewall is off.

Anything else I can do ? Is there a way around this ?

I'm new to all of this. But my question is that is possible to torrent from a private tracker via i2pd?. Does it have to be torrent from the i2pd network? Or can it just be a normal torrent from the normal web?

I am a new to I2P and I have a question to ask.

I installed Java I2P on a VPS as I am behind a CGNAT and I used a nginx reverse proxy to route traffic from my local device to my VPS :

1. router-console - 127.0.0.1:7657
2. anonymous web server - 127.0.0.1:7658
3. web proxy (for surfing) - 127.0.0.1:4444

Now, the reverse proxy works fine and I can view both the router console and hidden services manager from my IOS device by entering into Safari.

Now, here is my problem. Assuming my domain is "EXAMPLE.COM" and the I2P Web Proxy is hosted at "I2PWEBPROXY.EXAMPLE.COM" which is a reverse proxy to 127.0.0.1:4444

Now, I get this error when trying to access the web proxy:

The request uses a bad protocol. The I2P HTTP Proxy supports HTTP and HTTPS requests only. Other protocols such as FTP are not allowed.

I am only using "" from my VPS, or "" from my IOS device web browser, Safari. Yet I get this error.

I would like to ask what is the parameters I need to pass to 127.0.0.1:4444 in order to surf an eepsite? As you know, I want to surf I2P eepsites from Safari, so I use my reverse proxy to connect to my VPS "127.0.0.1:4444".

Using Firefox on mac, downloaded the Firefox extension, and was using i2p for all of 5 minutes and then I started getting the "proxy not ready issue". I removed the extension, as well as i2p and then re-downloaded everything and I'm still having the same issue.

Yes, Im running the i2p app on my mac while trying this. In Firefox network proxy settings I have tried setting it to no proxy, default system, and even the customer proxy as suggested by the i2p site. However I presume the Firefox extension is supposed to do this all for me.

Can anyone give some guidance?

I use the self-installing i2p browser profile, so I think my version is up-to-date (v2.3.0-0). Once I believe my client is well integrated after half an hour or so, I am able to access for example a site queue/ddos defender and enter in a captcha, but then when I submit, I receive an Outproxy Not Found message:

"The HTTP Outproxy was not found. It is offline, there is network congestion, or your router is not yet well-integrated with peers. You may want to retry as this will randomly reselect an outproxy from the pool you have defined here (if you have more than one configured). If you continue to have trouble you may want to edit your outproxy list here. "

I've lost count how many times I've retried only to be met with the same outcome. This hasn't always been the case; about a month ago I was browsing i2p sites with ease, and retrying would fix any issue.

I figured I could try to either switch my outproxy from stormycloud to purokishi or just add it as another option, but when I click to edit my outproxy list it returns a 404 error saying "/i2ptunnelmgr/edit not found." Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I2P used to work very well for me, especially during a time when Tor crawled at dial-up speeds for me. However, sometime between 6 and 12 months ago, I2p stopped working for me (I have reluctantly gone back to tor).

I am running the Firefox with the "I2p in private browsing" extension on an intel MacBook. I looked into my I2p, and it looked like it hadn't been updated in a while, so I downloaded the latest (I had to also download java to get it to open). Download went fine, but when I try to open the starter it "bounces" in my dock for a few moments and then disappears/won't stay open. There is no error message. Any ideas as to how I can get this running again?
