Our router has been stuck flashing orange, turning itself off and resetting the loop all day and we have no idea how to fix it, we've tried using the reset pin and everything, it's just constantly stuck flashing orange. It was working perfectly yesterday. Anybody know how to fix this and get the household back online?

Any reason you have not called your ISPs help desk?

    To be fair, TalkTalk's help desk can be very hit and miss. But also it's also true that there's almost certainly nothing the OP can do about this.

    All we ask is for a tidbit of information regarding the model number, ISP type, etc to help others help you.

    My hub did this, I called talk talk maintenance and when he arrive A week later he did the usual stuff and said the newer models have a problem in them that makes them stop working so he replaced it with a new one and it’s been working fine since.
