I do not still have a PS3, or access to that account so I wouldn't know. Regardless of whether it's back on or not, I can only speak to the fact that it wasn't for a long period, long enough for me to have moved out and not have the PS3 any more to even check.

Glad you say it seems to be back, but I can only reference my own experience of it being taken off my account. Who knows if I'd even be able to download the republished version, for all I know I'd have to repurchase it.
