Btw Piracy moved to:
@[email protected]
Run by the same mod. They have their megathread, faqs, and everything up already. Everything that they need for their community to start again in this new place.. I would imagine the users of a sub all about piracy are absolutely fine about leaving Reddit for something new.
ETA: Comment edited so you can see the whole magazine name.
Amazing news to have r/piracy here! Hopefully they have more liberty here and can talk openly
Off subject, but I just discovered I can't comment on kbin. Just when I thought I had the fediverse figured out.
I'm on kbin.social and I see your comment. What network/instance do you have your account on?
The link posted is only useful if your account is with kbin.social. Go to [URL your account is with]/[c if Lemmy, or m if kbin]/[email protected]
For you, that would be https://lemmy.world/c/[email protected]
Searching [email protected] in your Lemmy instances search (burger menu -> search) should also work, and links to /c/[email protected] should work on the Lemmy web client, and should work in the next release of Jerboa (0.0.35) judging by https://github.com/dessalines/jerboa/pulse
Yes, I discovered later that when I submit my comment it shortens it. I'll try to edit my comment.
Really hope someone fix this at some point, because it is a pain in the ass a so simple thing as just hypertexting another instance
Really? I'm subscribed to some kbin communities and can comment. Weird
