I started high school two months ago. For christmas my parents want to buy me a macbook mainly for studies but also regular stuff (watching shows, facetime, etc) i dont want to spend too much (my younger brother asks for a lot every christmas). im so overwhelmed cuz idk what type to get 😞😞😞 suggestions?

Can confirm this, I much prefer doing my schoolwork on my MacBook. Would protest if I had to do it on a iPad. Plus using a laptop with an actual β€œdesktop” environment will set you up for the future!!
