Need recommendations on a new modem and router (alien.top)

Right now I have spectrum internet I've been looking at the arris surfboard s33 for a modem and some of the asus wifi 6, 6e and 7 routers looking for recommendations preferably something out of the box with simple setup for right now.

Doesn’t Spectrum provide a modem for no extra charge? But if you are having difficulties with yours, they’ll swap it out for you.
