I've bought an Apple Watch Series 6 LTE, and I've noticed that my screen-time has decreased a lot. I feel that I'm not that addicted to my iPhone.

I feel more free when I go for a walk or shopping wearing just my watch. Now I can left my iPhone at home.

No I’m always afraid I’ll want to snap a pic and I’m on socials all the time
