Participation from other instances not working? (ttrpg.network)

I made an account to post this, not sure if this is a known issue but I couldn't find anything about it. I've subscribed to a couple communities from here from Lemmy.world and made a post 2 days ago, but all my subscriptions are still pending and my post is still not shown on here (it's showing for other people subscribed from lemmy.world though apparently).

I'm not sure if this is specific to lemmy.world. Or is this instance just having performance issues?

At least feddit.de is blocking this instance because it has (or had?) an open registration and too many bots.
