My old person trait is that I think 'ghosting' is completely unacceptable and you owe the other person a face-to-face conversation.
Not sure if you're joking or not, but just in case... stop downloading media manually. Look into Radarr, Sonarr, and Lidarr. You can self-host on any PC using Docker.
