Back to work after having a week off. Kind of dreading it as my calendar is already packed

    I just came back from a whole month away, as the defacto manager in all but job title and pay grade. What a mess.

    All I can say is:

    how do you eat an elephant?One bite at a time

    I'm into my second week back and finally caught up. You'll get through it!
