The government could pass a law (GASP!!!) requiring license agreements to be transferable. But capitalists aren't actually interested in free markets, are they?

    The freedom to buy competitors to shut them down and stifle innovation and competition. The freedom to grow exponentially and buy politicians. The freedom to literally get away with murder.

    That's the "free market" billionaires refer to, when they sarcastically use the term.
