Actually, I know how. You send them to ethnic ghettos, you control their food, water, electricity, and livelihood. You control their movement. You consider them subhuman. You get the support of the western powers, then you commit genocide and get mad when they resist. The only difference here is that western powers don’t even have nominal interest in ending the genocide

Actually we know fairly well how the holocaust happened, it's the same playbook that AmeriKKKa is using against trans people right now. People airing grievances against the far right government of a settler colonial apartheid state wasn't part of it, tho.

Conservatives are claiming they did it to chants of "beat that fucking Jew". Obviously that would be completely unacceptable, but the video doesn't seem very convincing to me. From what I can make out, all but one of the people are screaming yeah. There's a women who is definitely screaming "beat that fucking ...". I can't make out the last word, but it sounds like two syllables, with a rising intonation on the second one, which would be a really strange way to say Jew. I also wouldn't describe it as a chant, as there's no melody. It just sounds like shouting to me.

I have absolutely no qualms about criticising anti-semetic elements of pro-Palestinian protests, and think we should keep that kind of language out of them. Shouting "beat that fucking Jew" is absolutely unambiguously anti-semetic, but I'm not going to accept the right wing version of events without clearer audio.

The people commenting there are of course accepting it uncritically, and are calling for jail and deportations, like any small government free speech advocate would. I'm sure none of them got mad that time the news said people were chanting let's go Brandon.

Edit: I watched the video in the tweet too, and it sounded like it could also be "rip that fucking ... off." I don't know how anyone can be so confident about what the woman is saying when the audio is so bad and she's drowned out by everyone's screaming. One thing I can say is that the only chanting was "Free Free Palestine".
