Personally I’ve always like the Kitchen Basics stocks. The organic vegetable one has similar ingredients to the massel but less preservatives and is vegan. It is a stock and not a powder though so the recipe may need adjusting.
I haven't tried that brand, we love the Better than Bouillons. Idk if they're all vegan but the ones we get are.
