Gay: News, Memes and Discussion
Welcome to /c/Gay - Your LGBTQ+ Haven
We're more than just a community; we're your haven for celebrating LGBTQ+ culture and connecting with like-minded individuals.
Community Rules:
~ 1. No bigotry. Hating someone off of their race, culture, creed, sexuality, or identity is not remotely acceptable. Mistakes can happen but do your best to respect others.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 4. Keep it LGBTQ+ related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love posts but 3-4 in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon' and fuck over our artist friends.

See, idk if that's it. I almost want to say it's about the means of communication. In this comic, they're doing the same thing to one another, however one is drawn to be loud and aggressive while one isn't.
They are most certainly not doing the same thing.
One is trying to push an agenda onto somebody else.
The other is pushing back, after years of oppression, on those whose agenda is the elimination or stigmatization of their existence.
If you don't see the difference, you should take a long, hard look at how your opinions are formed.
If there is a "How to Become Gay" recruitment book out there, it's likely a false flag piece written by a "Christian," with the intent of being used as an anecdote to defend their own despicable behavior.
Well one has laws being put in place to prevent them from existing and the other has the protection of the constitution. Also have you never seen Christians protest? Maybe a planned parenthood or a soldier's funeral? They get quite loud as well.
