Always pay your guys/keep your guys happy. Cause once you dont they arent your guys. I dknt even employ people, I just feed people cause I work in a kitchen and can easilt sneak out industrial amounts of food. For some reason front of house doesmt get staff meals at my work, thst is absurd so if im working they dont need to ring in food. In response these people are My Guys now. I wasn't out there looking for Guys and im using this gender neutrally cause I was quoting but ans then elaborated, but you end out with Guys that way.

I've got people looking out for my interests all over town cause I have the free pizza and pasta. They can have the free food anyway, im not trying to buy power, but cool community power comes from people just wanting to get tou back however they can. I get so many sick groind scores kicked down. I havent had to buy clothes in over ten years. My work is in the same building as a brewery. Ive got the pizza, they got the beer and the bosses dont need to know we trade and creating thsi arrangement made me well loked by all the employees. I can also openly steal from the grocery store depending on who's on shift. I'm at a point with most where if the free food left the situation we would still be pals and willing to help each other out. But it is an amazingly easy way to get to that point. I guess I work with food and take it for granted but I csn see someone showing up with like 2 large pizzas and some pasta for the staff being a godsend
