In a way - I feel very disconnected to America. Right now I'm in the middle of binge watching the original Twilight Zone. I have no idea what current American pop culture is about. I assume I saw the words "Ninja Warrior" at Hexbear but I had no interest in it so I didn't google. It's an abomination of American reality TV that's aping one of the best Japanese televised sports of all time.
Facts, Sasuke was heat but the Amerikan flavor feels watered down and Fear Factor adjacent. Half certain a bunch of the Amerikan courses are chopped down and truncated too from their original inspirations as far as heights and lengths are concerned
