I got my AMD 13 two days ago. Using Fedora 39. The most disappointing things for me so far are the touchpad (it's nowhere near the macbook ones) and the battery life. I would absolutely pay for a higher capacity battery. On the other hand, FW is light and maybe it's time for me to invest in a powerbank.
AMD 13. When the lid is closed, is there a way to see if the laptop is off or suspended? When I manually suspend the laptop, the power button starts pulsating slowly, but it is visible only when the lid is open. Is there a way to distinguish the suspended state with the closed lid? The charge indicator seems to be unaffected by suspended state and stays off.
I'm a long time Thinkpad user waiting for the AMD 13 in the batch 5. I'm going to use FW with Linux, specifically Fedora. One thing I'm very used to in Thinkpads is the 3 dedicated buttons above the touchpad, especially the middle button for pasting selected text and closing tabs in Chrome. I'd like to know how the middle button click is performed on the touchpad. Do I just click with 3 fingers?
