No person should support one side without reason. If you ask why a communist should take the side of russia, its actually very simple. Forget all the moral reasons, for they are secondary. From the end of the WWII until today, American (and to a minor degree european too) imperialism has taken power over the world. Imperialism is the most developed form of capitalist domination.
