What will the moderator conduct enforcement be like? (lemmy.ca)

I've run into some bad mods in my years online, hoping for support in dealing with bad moderators. Is there a code of conduct oversight team?

currently, the way lemmy works is that the admin team of this instance can remove/change moderators for any local community, if needed. communities that are on other instances we don't have any control over.
