I like Elisa but when I try to organize my albums it always have some problem like, for example, sorting stuff in the right order. A nice UI and a decent Plasma integration are welcomed.

[edit] At the end I'm still on Elisa since it's the player I prefer, I hope they'll add some sorting options (such as original year album).

Strawberry Music Player. Be sure to compile for QT5 if you're on KDE5.

Strawberry Music is my pick. JuK is also something that exists.

I like Audacious the best out of all music players on linux because its modern and uses Qt so it should be right up your alley.

Strawberry is worth a look

I normally organize my albums with kid3, and use Elisa just has a player.

Same, with the addition of MusicBrainz.Picard

Inviting her for dinner at a nice restaurant, and there subtly steering the conversation to your albums and how important they are to you, maybe can make her more attentive?

Jokes aside, consider crossposting to [email protected].

Although the project has already been ceased for a while I'm still one of the die hard users of Cantata.

I simply can't enjoy using Elisa...
