let em have the phones but turn the school into a giant Faraday cage. zero reason for a kid to be on social media, let alone in school. cancer for the brain, nothing more
Nah don't let them have smartphones.
I think there is some benefit in kids being allowed to text and send calls, but I'm pretty sure dumbphones can be rather cheaply bought and loaded up with minutes.
