1 d8 blugeoning, when you roll a 20 on an attack roll made with this weapon, targets that fail to pass a Wisdom Saving Throw gain Confusion

Reminds me of this card from the Arkham Horror LCG. Use intellect to attack, but every player I've ever seen use this always refers to it as smacking a monster with a thick tome.
