Is caffeine really that bad for anxiety?

Keep in mind that this does not equal an exchange with a medical/mental health professional.
Why not try skipping caffeine for a week or two and see if it has a beneficial effect?
Caffeine clears out of your body fairly quickly, but you need time after that for your system to readjust and any changes to become apparent. Some people feel very lethargic, or get headaches for a while after dropping caffeine, but that passes fairly quickly.
