Literally why would they, like actually why would they? would anyone care, would it change anything at all about the way the west talks about them would, it change anything about the way its own citizens think. No, so why would they lie why would they go out of their way to make a problem harder to solve by not acknowledging it.
The DPRK is a normal country like any other why would u expect them specifically to lie about a random statistic, i mean i know why because ur brain is full of nonsensical propaganda about the it but actually think for just a second in ur life, why the fuck would anyone bother to lie about this.
DPRK couldn't even fudge the statistics enough to look better than China.
For more epic memes like this one, which is doing rounds on totally not niche western communist internet forums.
