What i find weird is how there are two ostensibly opposed parties with dozen of millions voters yet there aren't any loud protests organised by them. Reps implement bad law? Organize million people, something pretty easy for huge party as dems and flood the streets!

Or alternatively, both are in cahoots and what they both really fear is million organised people.

It’s why I genuinely cannot imagine anything remotely close to Latin American mobilizations happening with democrats. If Trump launched an actual coup against Biden, and Biden calls for his supporters to mobilize, they will just do nothing but stand around and chant and get massacred and think it’s good because their enemies will reflect and feel shame, and Biden gets overthrown anyway because his popular support is full of losers

Republicans do protest. Albeit for stupid reasons. But they’re dangerous because they genuinely see you as an enemy and intend to hurt, harass, or even kill you. They don’t always succeed and often embarrass themselves, but the energy and desire are there and it can be cultivated by their politicians and pundits. Democrats will turn you over to the very same cops trying to kill them.

On a similar note, there are tens of millions of democrats, but biden is the only person they could find who could compete against Trump lol. They couldn’t find someone in their 40s-50s who understand the youth and the olds and have cognitive awareness.

Oh they could probaly find many such people, but neither of them is deep enough in the political-finance web to be trustworthy

It's a fact. If Dems with their platforms and money really cared or believed in anything it would be easy to get people to show up, but when massive numbers come together actual cool stuff can happen, most people know that the elite doesn't give any fuck about them. People are just unsure and don't want to make the first moves. I've heard it said numerous times by people that are outwardly typical libs, something like "I would join a revolution, I just don't know where to start."
