Comparison of the theft of joy.

I’ve never heard it stated that way before but I believe it to be true.

Honestly? It’s highly individualized.

The best one is probably one that you already use and care about, and want to improve.

Choosing some random project will not really provide motivation in learning the code base, figuring out how to implement a change, etc.

😂 I haven’t heard that phrase in a southern minute.

Honestly? Fake it till you make it. Has worked for me, especially if imposter syndrome kicks in. That’s what most people are doing anyway, they just don’t think about it.

I wish we’d see more of this. In my opinion, once a company has a market cap over a certain amount, they should not be eligible for tax breaks. Taxing them literally hurts nobody!

That’s the feature I want most as well

I do miss a good forum. That used to be my favorite thing about the internet.

That would be neat. It would also be really nice to have some kind of community notes section where you can info on parking, best times to go, etc. Especially for tourist destinations.

The Fediverse is growing and we have decently successful platforms like Lemmy and Mastodon. What else would you like to see?

Any big tech platform not yet replaced or maybe something new altogether? What are we missing?
