$18 for a medium soda??? My cinema ticket costs €13, popcorn is about €8 and soda might be like 4€ and I am already complaining about the prices.

I just made a server, download 4k content on a pirate site. Spend around 5€ for my mullvad VPN. And we don't even need to go to the cinema anymore. Which is like 15€ per ticket at least. We do it sometimes for a date to get out of the house. But it just gets expensive very fast once you get candy and drinks.

Never had a website or service deny an email change in my 25 years of being on the internet. But you can move all the other stuff to a different email and keep the ones you can't change on your gmail. Still a better choice than giving all your data to google.

No alternative? Immich and Ente are definitely an alternative Google Photos. It ain't that hard to degoogle these days.

Why is it a rumor? The evidence is there to see with your own eyes, no need to believe people like Destiny or Ethan Klein, you can literally look it up and verify it yourself.
