Experienced users might not need it, but who's to say they won't use it?

iNetPanel was specially made for someone that hosts a lot of websites and wanted the convenience of being able to quickly deploy unlimited domains hosted on a home connection. Multi-PHP w/per domain support was important for me and other developers I know.
