I mean, yay? But it's still useless if I buy jeans for £80 that still rip in 6 months. Shoes for £100 that last the same as a cheap pair from Aldi. Until the quality of clothes increase, this doesn't help anyone.

Some companies have too much management. I don't know if this is the case with Patreon. Are they removing needless mangement? Or will they remove important cogs, realise their mistake and need to outsource to fill the cracks later on? Only time will tell. However, at least they have a pretty good package for letting people go.
