It already works in the UK, it just winds back your meter, atleast pre smart meter.
I'm really intrigued by these ARM laptops, but I'm scared of thermal throttling and weird boot drama. It's good to see the main Ubuntu ARM image supporting it.
They don't make it public, but if you ask they can give you a png of the area.
