I actually prefer it without. I just like the quiet observation.
hm !now you tell me, gotta watch it again
Worse...now you gotta go back and rewatch every other video with the captions on.
That sounds like a good time.
Holy shit, I forgot this channel existed, I loved Primitive Technology a few years ago. Thanks for the reminder!
He’s gonna be up to the Wright Brothers tech soon.
I think he got his own property or something, so he went dark for a while. He's been pumping out new content fairly regularly considering the work that goes into them. It really filled a hole in my life that I didn't know existed.
I read he was working on something for Australian TV and that was the reason for no content. No clue if that’s accurate.
I think all of the information I have was from comments I probably read on Reddit. I'm just glad he's back and plugging away. It's cathartic to watch.
I call it my God hole.
I'm going to say this because John never would, you should slap that bell.
I love his channel so much. I actually just saw a video that detailed all the imitation channels that popped up after his success and they went through and detailed how they go about it and all the lazy stuff you could see they were doing that tipped you off that it was fake (other people doing work in the background and heavy machinery tracks). It's apparently an actual business that some people do to fake make stuff by hand. This guy though sounds pretty legit and down to earth, I didn't even realize he was Australian, I just never considered his nationality before.
To be fair you can't really tell from his accent.
This is one of the only channels on Youtube I set notifications for. I wanna see his collected iron get smelted into a new, larger, sleeker blade...but of course whatever he ends up doing with it, I know I'll enjoy the video.
So much work for such a tiny amount of iron
I've loved this guy for so long. Probably the most satisfying thing to watch, something created from seemingly nothing
where is the underground pool? shame, unsubscribed
