By the time they graduate, AI and robots will be able to do much more. I think the trades are probably going to be the longest standing jobs. Anything job that involves primarily using a computer or software, forget about it.

In case you didn't know, the banks hate people who repay their loans - or pay off their credit cards on time, or better, never run them up into negative. The industry calls them "deadbeats". Creditors love nothing better than people who can't get ahead of their debt because they get to pump money out of them forever.

Student debt is not meant to be paid off. It's designed to keep people paying for most of their lives.

had a friend take out $250k in loans for college. last I knew they still never paid them off. never got a job doing what they went to school for. the school where their degree was from went bankrupt and collapsed, making the degree pretty worthless.
