hi, sorry i dont understand, im just a bit confused on weather i can ask about advice for diy hrt around here and what the rules on talking about diy hrt are. Yes i read the rules, but my yeee yeee ass brain cant seem to understand them.

Most are supportive of DIY because we know it's very difficult to get prescriptions in much of the world right now. But be specific on what you're asking and it doesn't hurt to mention if prescription is not possible for you so you don't get lectured about the risks of DIY as much. But yeah, there's a lot of low quality stuff out there taking advantage of the market created by the hate, so start conservative on dosage, be aware of common contaminants in whatever you're using (such as heavy metals and toxic fillers), take it slow, and don't get frustrated if it takes a little time to take effect. But overall, enjoy it.

While this community is very open to DIY discussion, I'd also like to point you to !diyhrt@lemmy.blahaj.zone which is specifically about DIY. Might help to cross-post if you have questions! Do be mindful of the fact that people looking at the all feed can see it though, and may not have opinions representative of community members. Mods are pretty good about shutting down harmful advice, but thought I'd mention it!
